What's Brahma muhurta? Itis a 48-minute period that occurs in the early morning, about 1 hour and 36 minutes before sunrise and ending 48 minutes before sunrise. It's also known as the "creator's hour" and is considered a time of great spiritual energy, pure vibrations, and a serene ambiance. Some say that Brahma muhurta is an ideal time for:

  • Meditation and yoga: The peaceful atmosphere and minimal distractions make it easier to concentrate and practice yoga. Practicing yoga during this time can help align your body and mind, leaving you feeling energized and refreshed.
  • Studying: It's considered a good time for students to study, especially subjects they find difficult.
  • Perceiving knowledge: It's considered a perfect time to read or hear knowledge.
  • Planning your day: It's a good time to plan your day.
  • Introspection: It's a good time to remember your parents, Guru, and God.

To get the most out of Brahma muhurta, you can try to:

  • Avoid using electronic devices like cell phones, computers, or televisions.
  • Avoid loud noises and excessive talking.
  • Avoid activating or promoting negative thoughts or feelings.
  • Maintain a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
