Chief SEVA Officer
Sunil is a NAMA Board Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner trained under renowned Dr. Vasant Lad at The Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He is a certified Yoga teacher YTT200 in AyurYoga by Dr. Lad. He is a Certified Heartfulness Coach. He has obtained End of Life Doula certification from the University of Vermont Medical Centre. Sunil also completed his one-year ANACT (Ayurvedic Nutrition and Culinary Techniques) certification from Bhagavat Life in NYC. In 2025, he received his Licence from Pensylvania Massage Board (LMT). He blends the teachings of Ayurveda, Yoga, and Meditation into his clinical practice to help you unfold the path to well-being.
Sunil founded Swaasthya.US, a platform to empower people to live in perfect health through Ayurveda & preventive care [stay in-tuned if you're a HEALER to get support in your fiscal sustainability of healing others, besides full technical support]. He's also attending many programs with other inspiring Ayurvedic teachers such as David Frawley (Vamadeva Shastri), Dr. Robert Svoboda, Dr. Marianne Teitelbaum, Dr. Ramkumar Kutty & Shree C. Devidas Varier (Dr. P.R. Krishna Kumar), Dr. John Douillard, Dr. Scott Blossom, Dr. Bhaswati Bhattacharya, Eddie Stern, Dr. Pratima Raichur, Divya Alter (Vaidya R. K. Sunil is currently enrolled (2025) in a Master's in Science (M.S.) in Maharashi Āyurveda and Integrative Medicine at www.MIU.edu , getting training under the guidance of several distinguished and most dedicated Vedic scholars on planet earth, including (but not limited to), Vaidya Manohar Palakurthi Ph.D., BAMS , Dr. Paul J Morehead Ph.D. , Dr. Robert Keith Wallace Ph.D., Dr. Stuart Rothenburg MD, Vaidya Hemant Gupta, Dr. Robert Schneider, Dr. Charlotte Bech MD, Vidya Dinesh Gyawali BAMS Ph.D, Simon Rodriguez, MS., Vaidya Anita Mishra MS BAMS, etc., besides several experienced and qualified Āyurvedic and Integrative Medicine professionals with MDs, M.S., and Ph.D. members as staff and TAs. Sunil plans to start August 2026 in a Ph.D. program at Maharishi International University in Fairfield, Iowa, USA.

His approach focuses on identifying the causes of the main imbalances in the body, mind, & consciousness, and addressing them through diet, lifestyle, herbs, and yoga protocols.
He also has an Electrical Engineering degree from Delhi College of Engineering, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India, and a Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Warwick University, Coventry, UK, and a Project Management Program (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, PA, USA.Sunil has found the purpose of his life: Meditation, Yoga, and Āyurveda is SEVA (service).

Vidya is a Certified Yoga Teacher from SVYASA Yoga University Namgalore where she received her Yoga Instructor Course based on Astanga Yoga and Bhagavat Gita, and sheattended SMET (Self-Management of Exercise Tension) which is a Yoga based Stress Management Program developed by Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samasthana S-VYSA Bangalore, India. She also earned her YTT Diploma from Sivananda Yoga Dhanwantart Ashram, Neyyer Dam, Kerala India beside she completed Patanjali College of Yoga, North Paravur, affiliated to SVYASA Deemed Yoga University and Research Centre. Vidya is also a Certified Yoga Therapist from SVyasa Yoga University and 3rd Level AYUSH* Certified Teacher and Evaluator. After years of helping patients navigate medications and chronic disease management, she became increasingly interested in how lifestyle, nutrition, and Ayurveda can work alongside modern medicine to promote true wellness.

Prior to that, Samir was an Assistant Professor of Management at Krannert School of Business, Purdue University; where he developed curriculum focusing on the strategic impact of information on business. He has focused his research in the area of equity and derivatives trading and execution. He has published papers aimed at developing tools and policies to facilitate profitable executions of securities and helping in determining derivative prices and exploiting the mis-pricing of derivatives.
Samir has been collaborating with Arun (his partner in Portland Oregon) for more than two decades on developing proprietary methods of uncovering market inefficiency.

Gaurav Rastogi is an entrepreneur with twenty-five+ years of executive experience across large companies and founded (and sold) an AI startup. He is a Dhyana meditation and yoga teacher (ERYT®️500) and has taught in Silicon Valley for over ten years. Gaurav's latest venture, Ekrasworks (https://ekrasworks.com/home/), creates tools to work with clarity, joy, and energy. They combine spiritual techniques, habit-building, and workplace technology for professionals.
He holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a Mechanical Engineering undergrad from Delhi Technological University (DCE). He has written three business books; most recently “Global Business in the Age of Destruction and Distraction,” published by the Oxford University Press (2022). Gaurav Rastogi is a Board Member and Dean at Hindu Community Institute (https://hinduci.org), with a unique program for teaching Spiritual Care and Chaplaincy. Prior to joining AWS, Kam managed Microsoft as a Global Account for HCL Technologies, responsible for helping Microsoft in its journey to the cloud, assisting them build O365, Azure SQL, and Dynamics 365 products at an accelerated pace.

He has held a variety of technical and business leadership roles working with companies like Microsoft, HCL, and Oracle. Prior to joining AWS, Kam managed Microsoft as a Global Account for HCL Technologies, responsible for helping Microsoft in its journey to the cloud, assisting them build O365, Azure SQL, and Dynamics 365 products at an accelerated pace.
Kam has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from University of Madras, India, an MBA from University of Wales, UK, and has participated in Executive Leadership sessions at Harvard University, Boston, USA and Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India.
